About the Job:
Peak Energy is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to be a key contributor to our recruitment efforts. You will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and attracting potential candidates, managing the hiring process, and ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, ensuring alignment between candidates and job requirements.
- Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, reference checks, and job offers.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for candidates by providing clear communication and support throughout the hiring process.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand through engaging job descriptions, career fairs, and other branding initiatives.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Compliance: Stay informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure all hiring practices are compliant.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other relevant HR software.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the renewable energy industry is preferred.
